Delaware 2004 Statewide Primaries Governor (Republican) http://www.ourcampaigns.com/cgi-bin/r.cgi/RaceDetail.html?&RaceID=40691 Former Superior Court Judge William "Bill" Lee has this in the bag. He has run a somewhat ineffective campaign, but has almost the entire party behind him. http://www.ourcampaigns.com/cgi-bin/r.cgi/NewsDetail.html?&NewsID=11687 Mike Protack is his most significant opponent, but has gained no traction given his unconventional stances and campaigning. Dave Graham is a non-factor. Safe Lee Insurance Commissioner (Democratic)http://www.ourcampaigns.com/cgi-bin/r.cgi/RaceDetail.html?&RaceID=71623 Former Gov. Minner's Legal Counsel Matt Denn has the inside track for this nomination. He has been endorsed by the State Democrats and is receiving the bulk of Union and party support.
