Description

The pitiful finale of Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign is provoking a chorus of feminist caterwauling this weekend, drowning out the voices of millions of daughters pleading, "Mom, like, get over it, OK?" To the young women I met this week, supporting Ms. Clinton for the sake of Womanhood alone is as archaic and passe as the 20th century, a betrayal of an electoral process that should be based on genuineness, not gender. "We do not struggle, as they once did, for equal protection and rights of women," one high school senior --and registered voter -- told me, trying to explain the generational divide, but whether her statement reflects progress or ignorance is not for a man to say.
